Los Olivos, Malbec 2022

Los Olivos is owned and operated by the world-renowned Zuccardi family - one of Argentina's most-celebrated winemaking dynasties. Named for the olive trees which line the vineyards which at one time would ensure the family's survival should the grape crops fail, the Los Olivos vineyards are now some of the Zuccardi's most successful and is a nod to their winemaking roots. Their 2022 vintage is made from 100% Malbec taken from vineyards which sit at 1050m above sea level in the foothills of the Andes mountains. Notes of black plum, blackberry, violet and white pepper are met with a full-bodied, velvety palate made all the more elegant by 6 months maturation in French oak. A great wine to pair with all kinds of red meats or grilled dishes.
